Jon Hruska                                      

Jon is the President of Complete Hockey Omaha LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2000. He also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designated by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

After graduation, Hruska served as a volunteer Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Nebraska-Omaha's Division I Hockey Program for two seasons -- and he coached at the Maverick Muscle Youth Strength and Conditioning Camps.

Hruska then went on to become the Athletic Program Director at Fast Forward in 2002. While at Fast Forward, he created a hockey-specific program for youth players of all ages and skill levels.

Jon is a USA Hockey Level 4 Certified Coach and provides assistant coaching and
consulting for youth teams in the Omaha area.

John Thomas
John is the Skill Director for Complete Hockey Omaha LLC.   Originally from Detroit, MI, John moved to Omaha, NE, in 2000 to play for the Omaha Lancers of the United States Hockey League (USHL).  In two years with the Lancers, Thomas helped his team to a League Championship (Anderson Cup), a Playoff Championship (Clark Cup) and a National Championship before being named Team MVP in 2002.  

That year, Thomas signed an athletic scholarship to play hockey for the University of Nebraska-Omaha (CCHA).  After playing four years, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with a minor in Journalism.

Following graduation, Thomas continued on to play professional hockey for the Kalamazoo K-Wings (UHL), and the Toledo Storm (ECHL).
