Multi-tasking Areas
This area works out an individual's entire game, from skating speed to hand-to-eye coordination to peripheral vision and skating stride fundamentals.

Shooting Lanes
Working with state-of-the-art technology allows players to improve shot speed and shooting accuracy.

Stick Handling
This important stage improves a player's ability to handle and pass a puck in certain game situations. More importantly, this stage improves players' stick-handling abilities while teaching them to keep their head up, thus avoiding injuries and improving offensive creativity.

Speed Ramp
This unique training tool improves first-step skating quickness through a 5 degree inclined ramp that has a 90% glide factor to ice. Our ramp will not alter your skating stride! It is perfect for individual coaching. It is safe for all ages and ability levels.

Slideboards
A Slideboard is an innovative way to develop speed, strength, agility, quickness, and balance in motions.  The Slideboard lateral motion training stabilizes, strengthens, and speeds the muscles of the inner and outer thigh, the knee supporting muscle, and hip extensors (hamstrings) – all essential muscles used in a skating stride.

Strength Training
This area is over 1400 square feet of state-of-the-art equipment, including Olympic platforms for power and quickness, a wide range of free weights for strength and conditioning, Swiss Balls and BOSU Balls for balance and core work, and Spinner Bikes for cardiovascular enhancement.
